How to Change Approval Group Permissions

  1. First, you need to go to settings, which you will find in the top right corner.

  2. Inside settings, you need to select "Groups and settings" under approval flow.


  3. Click on the group you want to modify. If you haven't created a group yet, please read the article "Creating Approval Groups." Once you have a group, you can click on it to add users or change permissions.

  4. After selecting a group, click on the "Permission" tab, located on the right side.

  5. Send for Approval: If you choose this option, users in the group can only send documents for approval.

    Approve: If the group has the "Approve" permission and approves the document, it will go to the superior group (if there is one) and then to the final approver (if there is one).

    Booked: If the group has the "Booked" permission and approves the document, it will not go to the final approver; instead, it will go directly to the ERP system.

  6. Send to bookkeeper: Choosing "Send to Bookkeeper" means that rejected documents will be sent to the selected bookkeeper group. The bookkeeper group is the group you choose under details (see the picture below).


    Reject and mail Document: "Reject and mail Document" means that rejected documents will be sent to your email.
