Approval and Editing Document Details

In this article, we will show how to approve and edit document details.

  1. First, you need to go to the "Document handling" tab, which you can find at the bottom.


  2. Select the tab "Approval" if you are not already on it.


  3. Press on the document you wish to approve or edit the details for.


  4. Once you have selected a document, you can now make changes to the document details. To edit the document details, tap on the field you want to modify. When you tap on a field, a pop-up window will appear with various options. In the image below, I'm providing an example of how it looks if you want to change the document type.



    Example of how it looks when selecting document type: When you press on the field, a pop-up will appear, where you can select the correct document type. Once you have chosen the correct document type, simply press the blue "done" icon.

  5. At the bottom, you have the option to approve, forward, or reject the document you have selected.
    Green button: Approve 
    Blue button: Forward
    Red button: Reject
