In this article, we will go through how to create and select accounting templates.
- Start by going to the approval tab.
Click on an invoice.
Click on the 3 dots.
In the pop-up window, tap on manage accounting templates.
To create a new template, you first need to perform your accounting within the invoice as you normally would. After that, you can give the template a name and save it.
Once you have saved the template, you can choose to set it as the default template for the current supplier.
- It is also possible to use saved templates for other suppliers and documents. To access the templates, click on the three dots above "split attachment" and then click on "Apply template". Here you can select the saved templates to use.
