How to create a Personal Expense Account (Finance Vouchers)

  1. First, you need to go into settings, which you can find at the top right corner.


  2. Inside settings, you need to select accounting.


  3. If you choose "default" as accounting practice, you have the option to select "as finance vouchers" under expenses (see picture 1 below). If your accounting practice is "everything as a finance voucher" you view will look like (picture 2 below).

  4. To create a personal expense account. Go to "Chart of accounts" under integration inside settings.


  5. Click on the blue plus icon.


  6. In the right hand side, fill out the information in the fields.


  7. Press on the blue create button, and the personal expense account will be created.


  8. Now when you go back to accounting. Will you be able to put the expense account on the user.
