- Click on settings in the top right corner.
- Under settings, click on "users".
- Click on the blue plus icon.
- A pop-up will then appear where the name of the person must be entered.
- Here, the e-mail must be entered in the field.
- Now the user role must be selected, where there are many different options. The different user roles and what they do, will be described below the image.
User:Can only see documents that are for approval in a group to which the user has access
Correspondingly, can only see documents in Archive that the user has sent in or approved at some point in the flow
Can only see the Approval and Archive tabs
Access can be given to all documents in the Archive - even if you have not seen the documents in it
Can be given access to see all documents that have been run through the approval group you are a part of - and not just those you have approved yourself
Administrator:
Can see all documents, across approval groups in both Approval and Archive
Can see all five tabs
Has access to settings
External Accountant:
Can basically see all documents, across approval groups in both Approval and Archive
Can be configured quite a bit
Do NOT have access to settings
External consultant:
Can see all documents, across approval groups in both Approval and Archive
Can see all five tabs
Has access to settings
Differs from a normal Administrator in that they typically have access to several companies and are basically located in the Broker
Customer Administrator:
Can see all documents, across approval groups in both Approval and Archive in all companies under the broker
Can see all five tabs in all companies under the broker
Has access to settings in all companies under the broker
Has access to the New customer menu item in settings on the Broker
The branch administrator:
Same as customer administrator - can, however, see several steps down
Can see all customers under the broker, and their broker's customers etc
- If you do not want the user to have access to everything the user role can do, it is possible to change the permissions. To remove a permission, simply remove the blue tick so that the field is white and vice versa.
- When you have chosen the right user role, you must tick the white box next to invite user.
- Press the blue "create" button.
