- First, you need to go to settings, which you will find in the top right corner.
- Inside settings, you need to select "First Approver" under approval flow.
Here, you can choose between different rules. The active rules are the one(s) at the top, while those below marked as inactive are not being used. If you want to move some rules from inactive to active, simply hover the mouse over the rule you wish to move and drag it up to the active rules with the mouse.
Click on Keywords.
In the 'Keywords' field, you need to select a Keyword. If this keyword appears within the approval flow on a document, then the rule will active and the 'Group' you have selected will be chosen as the first approver. You can also chose low, medium and high 'Priority' of the keyword. If multiple keywords appear on the document, then we will select the one with the highest priority.
In this example, I have selected 'Raketter' as the keyword and 'Nordflow group' as the first approver group if 'Raketter' gets detected. If 'Raketter' is not detected on the document inside the approval flow, then the standard rules will be applied.
Once you have selected a keyword, priority and group. Then click on the add button and the rule will be created.Remember the active rules are the one(s) at the top, while those below marked as inactive are not being used.
