In this article, we will go through how to create a vendor.
- First, you need to go into settings, which you can find at the top right corner.
- Inside settings, select vendors, which you can find under integration.
- Click on vendor settings.
- Next, you can choose between:
Ask: When an invoice or a credit note from a new vendor comes in, an orange warning will appear. When you click on the orange warning, the information we have scanned will appear. If all the information looks correct, you can click save, and the vendor will be created in our system. Once you have approved the document, and it is sent to the ERP system, we will automatically create the vendor there as well.
Yes: If you choose "yes," we will automatically create a new vendor without asking you first.
No: If you select "no," we will not create a new vendor but send it to either quarantine or approval. - You also have the option to choose whether we should create vendors for finance vouchers. If you want us to create a new vendor when you submit a finance voucher, select "yes".
